Her accolades include: Heading the European Union funded project on the establishment of the Lesotho Human Rights Commission and triumphly implementing the project. Advocating for the promulgation of Human Rights Commission Act leading to its implementation(2013). Successfully piloting negotiations with multi-national companies(2014-2019). Being one of the first pioneers of Compliance Functions within Central Bank of Lesotho(2015), leading to full implementation. Victoriously spearheading the development of Risk and Compliance within Petroleum Fund (2022). Successfully negotiating for the review of Lesotho Oil and Petroleum Legal Framework (2022)-Synergising with the Ministry of Energy to review Petroleum Fund Regulations(2023).
